Yuvia Partner Program

Partner Privacy Policy

Updated 16 September 2026

How we handle the personal information of people who apply to or take part in the Yuvia Partner Program.

1. Who this covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the Yuvia Partner Program at partners.yuvia.health and explains how Yuvia Holdings LLC handles the personal information of people who apply to or take part in the Partner Program. It does not cover patients of Yuvia's telehealth service, which is governed by a separate policy at yuvia.health.

The Partner Program does not collect or store any patient health information.

2. What we collect

When you apply and take part, we collect: your name and email; the social handles or links you provide; how you heard about us; the content of messages you send us; and technical information such as your IP address, device and browser, and the time of your submission.

To pay you, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your bank and tax information (including the W-9 you provide). We receive confirmation and status of payouts, not your full bank details.

When someone clicks your referral link, we record the click and set a first-party cookie so we can credit you. This tracking is about the visitor's referral source, not their identity, and carries no health information.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to review your application, run the Partner Program, attribute referrals to you, calculate and pay your commissions, issue tax forms, monitor for fraud and rule-breaking, communicate with you, and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share what is necessary with service providers who work for us under contract: Stripe (payments and tax forms), our cloud host (Amazon Web Services), our email provider, and analytics or fraud-prevention tools. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use a first-party cookie to attribute referrals to the correct partner for up to 90 days, and essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the partner site.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account and commission records for as long as you are a partner and afterward for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal reasons. Tax records are generally kept for at least seven years.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy laws such as the CCPA. We will not be able to delete records we are required by law to keep (for example, tax records for commissions already paid).

To make a request, email partners@yuvia.health.

8. Security

We protect partner information with access controls and encryption in transit. The partner system is kept separate from the patient system, and no health information is stored on the partner side. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Children

The Partner Program is only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will post the new version here with a new date and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy or your information go to partners@yuvia.health.
